Withdrawal Conditions:
Players are welcome to request their withdrawals by entering the
GVC casino software.
To make your request, please follow the directions below:
1. Click the 'Cashier' button on the main screen of the software
2. Choose the method for which you would like to receive your withdrawal
3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the space provided.

Once you’ve completed these steps, your withdrawal request will be immediately sent
to our Accounting Department who will take care of it right away.

Gold VIP Club pays out withdrawals requests no smaller than $100 and the maximum withdrawal amounts are based on the players VIP Level. For more information about withdrawals, please contact your dedicated Account Manager or write to support@goldvipclub.com.

Players making withdrawals for the first time as well as players wishing to change
their payment instructions are subject to having their information reviewed by our
Fraud Department. Results will take anywhere between 5 – 10 business days and you
will be informed by email when we send out your winnings.

All players requesting a withdrawal for the first time, are required to complete and return the faxback form
before any funds will be released. This is only requested on first time withdrawals.

We are only able to make money transfers between Monday and Thursday: This is due
to the fact that banks that work with us are closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Should you make a withdrawal request on any of these days, the transaction will
only be carried out by our Accounting Department who will take care of it right away.
